Game Day

I missed Baylee's first game because I had class.  The next two scheduled games were rained out so I was really excited to see her play in a game for the first time.

Before the game all the girls ran to the fence in back.  Trying to burn off some of that nervous energy I guess.

I took this right after two of our girls collided when going after a ball.  One of them started crying. Baylee looked over and us and did this.

Our New Ride

Last Saturday Carl and I purchased a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. I.LOVE.IT! For the last 6 years I have driven anywhere from 25-35 miles to work one way. When gas prices spiked to $4.00 a gallon in 2008 we bought a Honda Accord. I love our Accord but I have since wanted something a little roomier because we travel so much. In December I got a new job in the same town that we live. I drive a whopping 7 miles to work!! I actually can leave home at 7:30, drop Baylee off at school and still be at work by 7:55. Anyways, Nissan had some great rebates so we took advantage of that and bit the bullet. 

"PawPaw we catchin' all the fish in the lake!"

After church on Easter we went home to change and headed to Black River Lake to spend the day.  Baylee rode Bubba's 4-wheeler, caught fish with PawPaw and we even had us a fish fry at the end of the day. It was the perfect day and I did not want it to end.
