Memorial Day Part TWO

After Baylee's nap Carl and I took her to the playground at Station Camp Elementary. That is the school that Baylee will go to once she is school age. It is in walking distance from our house.

Shortly after this picture was taken she fell off the back of the swing. Luckily that black stuff on the ground is rubber and not rocks as it looks. She did cry for a bit but I think only because it scared her more than anything.

Memorial Day Part ONE

We spent our Memorial Day hanging out at the house. Baylee and I did do some grocery shopping that morning but we pretty much stayed put the rest of the day. Baylee and I both took a nap that afternoon and when we got up Carl was grilling. About 3 minutes into it it started raining!Getting WETPlaying out on the deck after the rain cleared out

Saturday afternoon we were sitting around the house and Carl mentioned taking Baylee outside and pulling out the water hose. I have not purchased a swim suit for Baylee this year. Luckily I was able to squeeze her into her 12 month suit from last summer and the swim diapers still fit as well. The water SO very cold and she was not a fan of it at first. Here is Daddy trying to get her use to the water. Carl's grandmother had a flower pot sitting on the patio so we filled it with water and Baylee splashed and played for the longest time.

Sunday afternoon pics

Sunday afternoon Baylee and I went outside for a little playtime. It was unseasonably cool so shortly after walking outside we had to go back in for a jacket. It wasn't FREEZING just chili....making an explanation as to why she is wearing flip flops :) This girl likes to run run run! She is SUPER fast too. I think she could one day run track.I think this picture is so sweet. Here she is testing Mamma's nerves again going up the stairs that leads to the deck.I think this looks very strange.
