For Christmas this past year PaPaw and NeNe bought Baylee the 3 set DVD of Praise Baby. She LOVES it! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with smaller children. Carl filmed this one night when I had class. There is one video in particular that made me cry when I watched it. It was my first night back at school since Baylee was born. For some reason it will not let me upload it to blogger. Could be because it is 3 minutes long. I will keep trying though.

Part 2

Sleeping baby!

So last night Baylee went down for the night at 7:10! At 5:45 this morning I went upstairs to get her out of bed and get dressed for the day.

I bought Baylee a new bathtub over the weekend. She has been just sitting in the big tub on a foam pad but we have had one too many scares so I thought it was time for something a bit safer. She LOVES the new tub. She can splash around more and her toys don't get away from her. I let her play until the water got luke warm. She only gets 2 baths a week (doctors orders due to her dry skin) so I thought I would let her enjoy it.

This is pretty much a daily event at our house. If Baylee is fussy all Carl has to do is put her on his shoulders! Its SO funny!

Saturday night in Nashville.....

So we had quite a busy Saturday. It started off by going to Verizon and Carl and I both got new phones and also internet through Verizon. So far we are liking it. We came home and Baylee took a nap and we all got ready to head over to CJ and Jody's house before going to the Preditors game. The game did not start until Baylee's bedtime...(7:00) so I was a little worried. We had club level seats and VIP parking so that was nice. I assumed she would give it up and konk out during the game...no such luck. She was VERY interested in all that was going on. She kept getting passed back and forth between the four of us. The game did not end until 9:30 and she didn't get fussy until about 10-15 minutes before the end of the game. As soon as her tush hit the carseat she was OUT! I guess we didn't give the Preds too much luck. They lost 3-6!

After the game we took CJ and Jody home and then we headed home. This was taken after getting home at 10:45

Quick EARLY snapshots

I haven't taken any pics of Baylee this week so I snapped some this morning just to add to the blog. I had 2 tests this week and also a homework assignment so I have been a little pressed for time. I am REALLY looking forward to the weekend. We have Preditors tickets for Saturday night and we are taking Bug with us. It doesn't start until 7:00 (her usual bedtime) so we'll see how it goes. Baylee is also "MOVIN ON UP" to a bigger and BETTER, I might add, carseat this weekend. Pictures to follow! Still in her pjs....

Ok check out her new socks. Aren't they PRECIOUS? They are Trumpette socks and are SUPPOSE to stay on so we'll see. I LOVE the design of them!

Such a great weekend!

We had an awesome weekend. I love being home ALL day with my baby! Saturday we played A LOT. Baylee was in SUCH a great mood! Ray, Alison and RJ came for a visit. It has been a while since we have hung out. Either due to weather or sickness. The babies got along GREAT! They kept taking toys back and forth from each other and neither got mad. We all just laughed and laughed at them. RJ decided at one time that it would be fun to pull Baylee's hair. She fell over and started crying but was fine after I picked her up. I can't wait to see how the kiddos get along as they grow! It is so much fun to watch!

Sunday we did LOTS of playing again. She was asleep when we got home from the restraunt Saturday night so I put her straight into bed without putting on her PJs (the reason she is wearing the same outfit).

Carl and I have been really trying to work with her on crawling but the fact of the matter is she HATES being on her tummy. I did get her to stay on her belly for about 15 minutes yesterday. Progress I guess
