Carols & Candlelight & Family Bowling FUN!

Due to my Daddy's busy work schedule I was not sure if my family were going to make it to Tennessee for Christmas this year. 2008 was the first year that we were apart on Christmas. However, I was prepared that year and knew ahead of time that they would not be coming. This year was different. We made all kinds of plans to do different things while they were here and we were all really looking forward to it. It had been since Baylee's birthday in July that they had last been here. Long story short we did not find out that they would be coming until December 23. They left around 10:00 a.m. when Daddy got the call that he would not be needed on the job the weekend following Christmas. They made it to our house around 6:30 that night. We ordered pizza, stayed up entirely too late talking and enjoyed every minute of it.
Carl's family has a tradition and each year they bowl on Christmas Eve. Since being married (6 years) we have only been here 3 out of the 6 years. It is TONS of fun! Before going bowling we all headed to Long Hollow Baptist Church for Carols and Candlelight. So glad we were able to all be there together.
